Έχει υπάρξει για όλες μας αυτή η στιγμή, που χρειάστηκε να φορέσουμε ένα καλό φόρεμα ή μία ανοιχτόχρωμη παντελόνα για να πάμε σε κάποια κοινωνική δεξίωση ή απλά για την εξοδό μας και περίπου δύο-τρείς μέρες πριν την περίσταση (ή και την ίδια μέρα πολλές φορές) συνηδητοποιείς ότι δεν ξέρεις τι θα φορέσεις μέσα από το ρούχο, αφού όλα σου τα εσώρουχα είτε διαγραφουν είτε δεν σε “κρατάνε”όπως θα ήθελες. Και μετά τι κάνεις; Αρχίζεις και πανικοβάλλεσαι, ξεθάβεις από την ντουλάπα σου ότι παλιό εσώρουχο έχεις και εύχεσαι να βρείς εσώρουχα που δεν διαγράφουν και αναδεικνύουν το σώμα σου όταν φοράς το ρούχο. Αυτό που θα έπρεπε να ψάχνεις όμως είναι κάτι πολύ συγκεκριμένο και ακούει στο όνομα Λαστέξ.
Γιατί Λαστέξ όμως; Για τους παρακάτω τρείς λόγους:
- Το Λαστέξ είναι ουσιαστικά αόρατο και δεν διαγράφει μέσα από το ρούχο. Φυσικά αναφερόμαστε στα μοντέρνα Λαστέξ που είναι κομμένα με laser και δεν έχουν ραφές, οι οποίες θα ήταν ορατές μέσα από ένα φόρεμα ή μία παντελόνα.
- Διορθώνει τις ατέλεις του σωματός μας. Λόγω της ελαστικότητας του, το λαστέξ “αγκαλιάζει” το σώμα και ουσιαστικά σμιλεύει τα μέρη του σωμάτος μας που μπορεί να χρειάζονται κάποια υποστήριξη, όπως οι γλουτοί ή η κοιλιά μας.
- Άνεση. Επειδή το λαστέξ γίνεται σχεδόν ένα με το σώμα μας, δεν καταλαβαίνεις ότι φοράς εσώρουχο, κάτι που σου δίνει ελευθερία κινήσεων και σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα.
Ωραιά όλα αυτά, αλλά πώς επιλέγω το σωστό λαστέξ; Φυσικά δεν υπάρχει μόνο ένα είδος λαστέξ, αφού υπάρχουν πολλοί διαφορετικοί σωματότυποι, αλλά και διαφορετικά ρούχα κάτω από τα οποία φοριέται το λαστέξ. Τα διαφορετικά είδη λαστέξ, λοιπόν, είναι:
1. Με στομάχι / Χωρίς πόδι: Ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος λαστέξ καλύπτει την κοιλιακή χώρα παρέχοντας την απαραίτητη στήριξη και παράλληλα αφήνει τους μηρούς ελεύθερους (βλ. φώτο παρακάτω).
Κατάλληλο για: σωματότυπους με περιττά κιλά στην κοιλιακή χώρα.
2. Με στομάχι / Με πόδι: Ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος λαστέξ, εκτός από την κάλυψη της κοιλιακής χώρας, καλύπτει και τους μηρούς, προσφέροντας επιπρόσθετη στήριξη.
Κατάλληλο για: γυναίκες με παραπανήσια κιλά και σημάδια χαλαρωσης και κυτταρίτιδας στην περιοχή της κοιλιάς, των μηρών ή των γλουτών.
3. Χωρίς στομάχι / Χωρίς πόδι: Ο πιο απλός τύπος λαστέξ και αυτός που θυμίζει περισσότερο κανονικό εσώρουχο. Δεν καλύπτει το στομάχι, ούτε τους μηρούς, παρά μόνο την κοιλιακή χώρα και τους γλουτούς.
Κατάλληλο για: επίπεδη κοιλιά και για ανόρθωση των γλουτών.
Όποια και αν είναι η περίσταση ένα είναι σίγουρο. Το λαστέξ είναι ένα πολύ ιδιαίτερο εσώρουχο (οκ ναι, και λίγο αντι-sexy) που μπορεί όμως να σε βγάλει ασπροπρόσωπη και να σε σώσει όταν οι περιστάσεις το απαιτούν!
